Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Skyup Magnetics' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Product Specifications & Orders

All product specifications, including magnetic grades, dimensions, and tolerances, must be confirmed in writing before production. Orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) and lead times as quoted.

• Sample requests are provided free of charge for new projects, subject to availability
• Custom tooling fees apply when existing molds cannot accommodate specifications
• Final specifications will be documented in a formal purchase order or contract

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are established per contract and typically require:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment
• Alternative payment terms available for established customers upon approval

4. Shipping & Delivery

Skyup Magnetics ships globally via air or sea freight. Our NdFeB magnets are classified as non-restricted products and do not require dual-use export certificates, ensuring streamlined customs clearance.

• Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are specified in each quotation
• Lead times vary based on order complexity and quantity
• Customer is responsible for verifying import regulations in destination country

5. Quality Assurance & Inspection

All products undergo rigorous quality control before shipment. Magnetic properties, dimensional tolerances, and coating integrity are verified according to agreed specifications.

• Third-party inspection services can be arranged at buyer's request and expense
• Quality certificates and test reports provided with each shipment
• Claims for defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt

6. Warranty & Returns

We warrant that our products will conform to agreed specifications at the time of shipment. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or application
• Normal demagnetization due to exposure to high temperatures or external fields
• Products modified or altered after delivery

Returns or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

Custom tooling and molds developed for specific customer projects remain the property of Skyup Magnetics unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers retain ownership of their product designs and specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skyup Magnetics' liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

10. Modifications

Skyup Magnetics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
